This course is designed to provide a strong foundation in plant molecular biology and genetics, tailored for students, researchers, and professionals in plant sciences and biotechnology. Led by Putut Rakhmad P., M.Si., Ph.D. from Universitas Negeri Surabaya, the course covers key topics such as plant genome organization, gene expression and regulation, and the use of molecular tools in plant research.

Participants will explore the genetic mechanisms that control plant development and responses, and gain insight into practical applications in plant biotechnology. The course also includes a hands-on session focused on using bioinformatics tools to explore plant genes and their functions.
