Course Overview

Protein structure prediction is a crucial component of modern bioinformatics and drug discovery. This mini workshop introduces participants to AlphaFold, one of the most advanced AI-driven tools for predicting protein 3D structures with remarkable accuracy.

Led by Fachrur Rizal Mahendra, S.Si., M.Si. from the Bioinformatics Research Center (BRC) – INBIO, this session will guide you from basic concepts to practical application, including running AlphaFold predictions, visualizing structures, and analyzing protein interactions through a real study case of CAS9 protein and sgRNA assembly.
